T-Shirt Order Form

Show your North School pride!  Order a North School Bears T-shirt today!

Red, short sleeve T-shirt with white logo on front – 50/50 cotton blend

$5 each

Please indicate quantity and sizes below.  Consider ordering a size up, shirts may shrink.

Please submit one order form per family.  Orders can be submitted to school with cash or check (made payable to North School PTA) OR through online below.

Please note orders placed online incur a small processing fee.

Orders are due by Friday, 9/28

Shirts will be delivered in mid-October and sent home with your oldest child.

Our hope is that every child at North School will have a red North School T-shirt to wear to school events throughout the year. If you feel this is a financial hardship for your student(s), please reach out to Mr. Dutton at 432-6933 or pdutton@londonderry.org.

Order forms for additional spirit wear (long sleeve shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and car magnets) will be going home later in the fall!
