Volunteer time tracking

Thank you to all our volunteers.  We couldn’t do it without you.  Please take a second and add your volunteer time to our tracking sheet in the school lobby or by clicking here.

Event chairs and online stuff

You can easily have your event added to the website.  Reach out to Greg DePasse via facebook, or e-mail him.  Here is a quick overview of what’s needed, but it’s basically the same thing as what you would put on the paper flyer (with the addition of when you want the registration period to open and close).  I’ll give you the web address so you can include it in Facebook posts, e-mail from Mr. Dutton, and to put on your flyer.

Not only is this useful for online purchasing (event tickets, t-shirt orders, yearbooks, etc), but can help you as an event chair when you need to collect attendee info for free events like Paint Night.
