5th Grade T-Shirts

It is bittersweet to be sending out the form for the 5th Grade T-Shirt order! 

The t-shirts will display all of the 5th grade students’ names on the back of the shirt. The shirts will be worn on  the 5th grade fun day. Please indicate how the student’s first name should appear in the “First name on t-shirt” space below.
T-shirts are for 5th grade students only. Additional t-shirts may not be purchased.

Note: All 5th graders will be receiving a yearbook at no cost this year so there is nothing to fill out for that 

Orders are due by Monday, May 9th.

Families with financial hardship should contact Mr. Dutton.
