5th Grade Yearbooks and T-Shirts

It is bittersweet to be sending out the form for the 5th Grade Yearbook and T-Shirt order! The yearbook captured many memories of the 5th graders’ time at North School that they will be able to take with them as they continue on.
The t-shirts will display all of the 5th grade students’ names on the back of the shirt. In the event we can schedule a fun day over the summer, the shirts will be worn then as well. Please indicate how the student’s first name should appear in the “First name on t-shirt” space below.
T-shirts and yearbooks are for 5th grade students only. Additional yearbooks and t-shirts may not be purchased.

Orders are due by Friday, May 15th.

Families with financial hardship should contact Mr. Dutton.
